Bamboo massage will particularly benefit those who enjoy a fast paced, invigorating massage. It will interest clients that are used to receiving a deep tissue massage or a sports massage. But much to their surprise it will be deeply relaxing at the same time. It will improve the circulatory system, has huge benefits to the lymphatic system and overall, a fantastic cleanse for the body & mind. We use a varied amount of sizes to target specific areas throughout the body, it is a 90-minute treatment that covers the body head & face.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
You must hold a recognised body massage qualification to take this course, as you must be confident in your anatomy & massage techniques to use the bamboo as massage equipment. This course is suitable for any experienced therapist who wants to expand their treatment menu and offer an alternative service and wider their client audience. The treatment is perfect for both male & female clients, is deeply relaxing yet invigorating at the same time. Highly profitable and will save your fingers and thumbs whilst using a tool to get deep in those knotty areas!

WHAT WILL I LEARN?
During this course you will learn how to perform a bespoke Healing Hands full body bamboo massage covering head to toe.

A full kit is included on the day which will consist of Bamboo massage oil, 1 x large cane, 2 x medium canes and 4 x small canes.

QUALIFICATION

After your practical session you must complete a case study at home in your own time.

You will need to submit evidence work of a completed consultation form & aftercare advice and upload short videos of you demonstrating the bamboo techniques that you were taught during your practical in-house session.

Once your tutor is satisfied with the content you will be issued an accredited Healing Hands certificate which will allow you to get insurance and carry out treatments on the public. If you choose the ABT as your insurance provider, then you will receive a 10% discount code.
