Well within short walking distance of bus and train routes, we are located within Riverside Business Park with plenty of on-site parking and disabled accessibility.

Once you have parked your car (or walked), follow the signs for Connaught House and find the main entrance (the path is located near the red post box).

Once you’ve arrived at the main entrance, you’ll see an intercom system - there is no need to press the buzzer, as we know you’re coming - please wait here and your therapist will be along to to welcome you.

For security reasons you will only be allowed entrance by one of our team members. We work very promptly to our booked appointment times so we respectfully ask that you don’t arrive too early or late - just a few minutes or on time is fine, to avoid you from having to wait outside for too long unnecessarily.
